Call for Entries: STA World Travel Internship

STA Travel — the world’s largest student and youth travel company — is offering the opportunity of a lifetime to two adventurous young adults this summer: to tour the globe for free as STA World Traveler Interns.

Trek through 10 countries on four continents, blogging, capturing video footage, taking photos, and interviewing your guides and fellow travelers along the way.

Highlights of the 2009 trek include:

• Helping rural Fijians improve their community, through 11 days of building and teaching side-by-side with locals.
• Three days exploring the Australian Outback.
• Traversing India’s "Golden Triangle" for 14 days, with stops in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur.
• Seeking out lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and buffalo for ten days in game parks in Kenya and Tanzania.   
• A 15-day European adventure spanning from Berlin to Moscow, with stops in Copenhagen, Stockholm, St. Petersburg, and more.
• 12 days of partying it up in Scotland and Ireland.

Applicants must be age 18-26, and either currently completing an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field at an accredited college/university in the United States, or not a student (a new change to the rules for 2009).
