It’s time to party with your friends at HI!

With 2008 well underway, it’s time for Hostelling International members to get together and celebrate at HI-USA Golden Gate Council ’s annual member party on Tuesday, January 29. This year, in addition to the member reception and board of directors election, we are pleased to host a special slideshow presentation by local authors/photographers Richard Blair and Kathleen Goodwin

• 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
  MEMBERS RECEPTION
  Enjoy light refreshments while swapping travel stories with fellow HI members and Golden Gate Council staff and board. Cast your vote in the Board of Directors election, and congratulate the winner of the annual Dorothy Erskine Award for volunteerism.

• 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
  CALIFORNIA TRIP PHOTOGRAPHY SLIDESHOW
  Join us for a special slideshow presentation by Richard Blair and Kathleen Goodwin (authors of Point Reyes Visions) as they share stories and breathtaking photographs from their new book California Trip.
