Rock out at Sacramento’s Free Friday Concerts in the Park, through August 15

This summer, Cesar Chavez Plaza becomes the hottest Friday night venue in Sacramento!

The Friday Night Concerts in the Park series runs from May 2 to August 15, showcasing bands and performers from all over the Sacramento area. Music addicts and happy-hour junkies alike flock to these all-ages shows to enjoy live music, fresh air, good food, and the famous beer garden.

Each concert features three to four acts, and takes place in Downtown Sacramento’s Cesar Chavez Plaza, which is just two blocks from the Sacramento Hostel. You can watch the summer sun set over the trees while the bands play on, then keep the party going at one of the numerous downtown bars and clubs that offer post-gig drink specials.
